It’s absolutely the time for first-time homebuyers to jump into the marketplace,"  Connie Fitzgerald RE/MAX 100

We here at The Newman Group have noticed a decline in the average number of days a home is on the market.  This translates to needing to have an "On Point" real estate pro helping you to find a home.  When your home is found you have to be ready move quickly or loose it to another buyer who was more prepared.  Homes go under contract quickly and offers are usually pretty strong.

We do things differently than most agents in the marketplace.  By working harder before the home search begins, when we find your dream home we are ready to pounce,  and with clearly defined criteria that we establish beforehand, you will have to spend less time searching for that dream home.
First time buyers can be overwhelmed with the whole process.  But we strive to inform and educate so the buying process is much less daunting.  Having a great real estate agent is key to having a great  first time buyer experience.  When you know what to expect the process can actually be fun.
