The Anne Arundel County Real Estate Market has taken an increase in 2013. Homes for Sale in Odenton, Crofton, Millersville and surrounding areas have seen a year over year increase in value of 7.1% .  The average sales price for Anne Arundel county in 2012 was $353,631 while this year's reports the average to be $378,611*  There is only 3.9 months of inventory remaining in the market.  So, at What price do you become a seller?  Our overall number of homes for sale in communities such as Piney Orchard, Shipley's Choice, The Crofton Triangle and surrounding areas have decreased from 2012 to 2013.
