The Newman Group Launches HomeBuyer University !

In an effort to better educate prospective homebuyers The Newman Group is launching HomeBuyer University.  This series of videos will explain how The Newman Group works with potential homebuyers throughout the home buying process.
One of our founding values is education and we believe that the better educated our clients are on the process the smoother the transaction. We have also found that not every prospective client wished to come into the office, so this YouTube Channel was designed with you in mind.
We hope you enjoy and share this educational video series, and stay tuned as videos will be uploaded weekly.

Our First video is titled "How Much Home Can I Afford" and features one of our Buyer Specialists Suzanne Valentin.  This video was shot in Piney Orchard and will explain how a buyer determines their purchasing power.
Prior to viewing homes homebuyers should determine their purchasing power for multiple reasons, the first being their is nothing more disappointing than finding your dream home only to find out that that the mortgage payment is outside your comfort zone !
