Mobile Home Search Apps Which APP Comes In On Top

When searching for homes for sale on your mobile device, a App dilemma may come across your mind --  Should I use's app?'s app?'s app? or download an individual Realtor's app to my smart phone. 
Well it all boils down to which one is more user friendly, as the information all comes from the same source -- The Realtor's MLS provider, however most Realtors have the ability to tweak the data to make it more user friendly. Consumers may prefer not to download a Realtor's personal app, in fear of being spammed, but guess what? All of the other sources may be selling your information right back to the agent.
Little known fact, it would be better to download the Realtor's app, which will have the most current information and directs all of your questions back to one person, and that gives the home buyer more consistency in their home search. 
The Realtor will also help decipher the differences of whether a home is under contract or still active.
