Ugly Realities Of Buying In The Spring.

If you're like most of the buyers who have inquired about homes recently, you're probably planning on a Spring or Summer move. Yes the warmer parts of the year are the most attractive for home buyers and sellers. It's the most preferable time of year to move, and with the nicer weather and later sunset, it's definitely the most pleasant time of year to be outside visiting homes.

With all the great weather, you actually face quite a storm if you're planning to buy in the spring. First, EVERYBODY is searching for a home in the spring, most of the home buyers have been waiting for the weather to break, and saving for the exciting spring market, and most of the transactions in a market occur in the first 2 quarters of the year. With so many buyers flooding the market you'll be dealing with a lot of competition, and home sellers will know this, and will be holding out for higher, more attractive offers. This means if you've found your dream home, you'll have less room to negotiate and less time to think it over.

It's not all bad news though, most home sellers have been waiting for the promised land of the spring market, have been cleaning their carpets, and painting their walls waiting for your arrival. You will have plently of homes coming to the market everyday, and will have a nice tax refund check to help you with the closing costs.

2015 is also the year of insane buyer incentives, credit reform, and low mortgage rates, it promises to be  great year for home buyers and sellers.
