Shaq McCray

My name is Shaquille McCray, Shaq, and i've been a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Flagship of MD since January of 2016. I work as the Director of Sales for the Newman Group a residential real estate team that helps our clients buy, sell and invest in over 200 properties every year. While earning a B.S in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management and Business Analysis at Towson University, I co-founded the Towson University Real Estate Club (RECN) which grew to be the largest club in Towson's history. Rounding out my college experience, I served as the philanthropy chair for my fraternity, raising funds and donating time to various organizations and causes. My approach to real estate is consultative. I don't believe I need to sell my clients anything. Instead, I seek to understand their unique needs, gather and present the relevant information so that they can make informed decisions and come up with creative solutions and strategies to accomplish their goals.
